I'm guessing the arrow speed is measured close to the target at impact, not off the bow. I'm pretty sure Reo shoots close to 60lbs for indoor and outdoor.
Are you implying that he lied to the officials or doesn't know his draw weight? Or do you think the performance of his bow is beyond what 50lbs can do?

But seeing more of the video Reo's arrows are flying at 246km/h, and thats 224 fps.... he actually could be shooting 50 pounds. but that's very weird.
I think the guy who put the data in the video skiped a letter and pressed 5 instead of 6... that's all
It's not unusual to see people shooting lower poundage, I mean it helps with your stamina and consistency .
